MCP Volunteer Day August 2024

The Murphey Candler Park Conservancy is hosting a volunteer day on Sunday, August 11th from 1 to 4pm. Come help improve and preserve the park! Teams will work along trails for invasive species removal and trash and debris pick-up. Remove trash, collect, consolidate limbs & debris for CoB pick-up, and clear trails for safe access.

\Work can be performed by all ages w/ parental supervision.

Meet at the Sharp Curve – 1558 East Nancy Creek Dr (Google Maps due West & down the hill from Cary Reynolds Elementary) gravel parking lot at the corner of Candler Lake East and East Nancy Creek Dr for event sign-in, city waiver, tool pick-up, gloves and kick-off instructions.
